2.5% of 3rd-5th year’s scheduled rent
1.5%/yr thereafter

Maximum commission is capped at $12.00/rentable sf

101 Univ/444 High/125 University – The above commission is what we pay to procuring, licensed brokers. Stevens Development Company is the listing agent for the 101 University and 125 University partnerships. 

We use a full service lease. We do no pay on options, renewals, or extensions. Payment is made when all of the following occur: the lease is fully executed, lease consideration due at signing is paid, and lessee has taken occupancy.
